We are passionately vocal locals who grew up on the Central Coast and choose to live and work here.
We believe that we should shout about our local products when they are superior. That’s why we try to use as much local produce as possible and support as many local businesses daily in the running of our little coffee shop.

MARGINS MUSHROOMS
Circa 1906, George Margin and his wife bought a soft drink company called JJ Mullins in Gosford. His younger brother Hubert Charles joined his business and in 1911 they bought land and started another soft drink business Woy Woy where the family still live.
In the 1920s, they started making ice cream.
Margins Mushrooms started in the old ice rooms at the original property in Blackwall Road Woy Woy in 2009, before moving to the disused Woy Woy abattoirs and building their current farm in the old cold rooms in 2011.
At Locomotive Station we’re proud to serve these amazing local mushies. You’ll find them in our popular Mushroom Bunny Pie, in our Biggish sandwiches and they often make an appearance at our Sundowners events.
