All of us at Locomotive Station grew up on the Central Coast and we’re super proud of our fellow producers. For you, we’d love to put packs together of our favourite local combinations, so you can enjoy our local wares, too.

We’ll be ordering ingredients fresh from local providores, so please order at least a few days in advance of your preferred pick up date, if you can. This gives us the best chance of ensuring all expected products are available and at their freshest for you.
Plenty of oysters to taste over and over again.
For $75 you get:
Two dozen (24) Westray Oysters [Hardys Bay]. Choose how you like them:
Natural : Freshly shucked with our Locomotive Station accompaniments.
Or
Kilpatrick : Bacon and worcestershire based topping on freshly shucked oysters. Pop under the grill to heat before serving.
Skordalia : A cup of our house made creamy dip of garlic, almonds, potato, olive oil and lemon juice. We don’t mind this with oysters, but you do with it what you will. Let us know your serving suggestion.
Jesus Bread : Pita bread with our famous house made spread.
Sweets : Two serves of Locomotive Station house made sweets.
Natural oysters, freshly shucked.
If you prefer your oysters served hot, let us add Kilpatrick topping ready for you to pop them under your grill.
Do you fancy a night in? Or having a few friends together for nibbles. Ask us about adding a bottle of local schnapps. This is what we’d do. Trust us.

House made and artisan pickles
House marinated olives
Hummus [Gosford]
Pillows : House made pastry pillows filled with tapenade of olives and sundried tomatoes
Jesus Bread : Pita bread with our famous house made spread.
Sweets : Two serves of Locomotive Station house made sweets.

If you’d like a little more, add a Cob Box for $40. We’ll put together a cob loaf filled with cheese, onion and corn dip. All you need to do is pop it in your oven, pull it out when done and have at it. Everybody loves a cob loaf.
